Need some advice please.
I have a Hotpoint BWD129 that is taking ages to wash. All that happens is the drum fills with water and then it just washes and washes. No rinse, no emptying and no spinning.
I put it on a 90 degree wash this morning and after 30 minutes i drained the water and it was stone cold.
I'm guesing the heater element needs replacing, but why is the machine not flashing a fault?
Do you think it will be a heater fault or the circuit board needs replacing?
