Our FF was reset by an engineer from Hotpoint a few years ago, the fridge occasionally freezes up, does anyone know how I can reset the thermostat please, I assume there is maybe a bi-metal strip he bent or something similar lurking behind the control knob, the model is; Hotpoint RFA52.
