hotpoint ffa61 - Freezer high temp light on continously

hi - I have a hotpoint ffa61 and the freezer is no longer working. Freezer high temp (red) light is on continously...

I've checked the fan and it's working fine, however I cannot find the thermostat...does the ffa61 have a thermostat or is it all controlled by the pcb on this model?

Also I've checked the Hotpoint web site and they do not have a thermostat listed as spare part, which also indicates it's all managed via the pcb, but before I go and order the most expensive part (just my luck), confirmation would be useful...

dont bother its not the pcb poss gas loss or compreser gone if the fridge is ok its gonna be the dryer on the back near the comp .then it will need a regas ,expensive.
