Hotpoint HUE61 Cool oven

Hi, had an issue where the main fan oven was heating about 50c less than dial temperature. So replaced the thermostat behind the dial , but still under heating...and now the fan doesn't turn on! So much for that fix....any help appreciated.

I took pictures of all the spade connectors on the thermostat, so looks ok, does one of those flip the fan on ? Thanks

Put new heating element in too....still no joy
