power tripped out yesterday evening tracked it down to the washing machine it was plugged into a extension lead what was on the worktop and i believe some water may have got into it i can not plug the washing machine in without the rcd tripping, i was wondering if you could just cut the plug off and replace it as it sealed you cant see if any water is in it so i cant think of any other way to see if this is the problem
