Our Hotpoint washing machine sometimes leaks at the door, the machine is just under 5 years old. The door seal looks ok but the door catch seems to be loose. In fact sometimes the machine will not start until the door is pressed firmly a second time.
Is there any adjustment on the door catch ?
otherwise it's a new door seal I suppose.
