Not working on any program F1 fault or blockage needs attention error code. Have cleaned out filter renewed pump tested pressure switch pumps out when pressured. One thing is that the control box heat sink has 135volts on its casing but occasionally the m/c starts to work but the casing still has volts on does a full cycle but try again and nothing!? hope someone can help

Heat sink is live but should be 240v I think
Recon module supplied by EMW electronics fitted all works.
