hotpoint washing machine

Thanks again. Model # WT960P or 603173764 (both numbers are on the sticker inside the door). I cannot trace the blk wire to where it goes.... :-(
 
Black wire is the earth. It goes on the motor casing. So join Blue/ blue Brown / brown. Black as earth
 
Thanks Rocks1.... I will connect them up later... blue /blue ..brown/brown and green/yellow with the black. Thx a lot for your help.
 
Hi I know this is an old thread but I have a hotpoint and it went dead tonight I diagnosed the suppressor and bypassed it washer working now my question is will my washer work ok now do I need to worry about anything what exactly is a suppressor used for can I buy a plug in suppressor?
