hotpoint wd645 tripping electric

hi all
pls help i have a 14 mth old hotpoint wd645 and it keeps tripping my electric. I found the mains filter and cable(suppressor)burntout so i put a new one on . switched it on same fult comes on for 5sec then trips
i tried hard wiring it without the suppressor but the same fault
would b greatful of advice on fault

p.s i doubt it but here we go if any1 need advice on the laws and repairs of cranes,hoists,or lifting equipment that would b me

first have you got a meter,you need to check for a earth leak ,or you can start by unpluging heater on the heater box and try it then unplug motor / heater etc till it dont trip then you know what it is
