HOTPOINT WDM73 WASHER/DRYER not finishing spin cycle

Hi Guys,
i'm a newbie to this site. Hopefully someone can help. I've got a Hotpoint WDM73 washer/dryer. The problem is the machine isn't finishing the spin cycle, this means the door stays locked. I've switched the machine off and unplugged for 30 mins then just done a 1200 (high) spin only. The machine does spin I don't think it's finishing the full cycle as when it stops the display still says 'SPINNING' the display also shows the lock symbol so I can't open the door either. This is an old machine I know and has been great. Would like to fix this if possible. Hopefully someone can help.
 
Blocked pressure switch pipe, making the machine think it is still full of water, so it won't let you open the door?
