Hotpoint WM62 water in soap dispenser

I have a hotpoint WM62 and after the last two washes I have noticed that there is water in the soap part of the dispenser. I have never noticed it before. Is this something that I should have investigated?

soap or fabric side ,right is soap left is fabric

remove the blue thing inside soap tray or turn it round so there is a gap underneath it for water to flow though

Remove the soap draw and give it a clean up, they get blocked with crud left over from soap not fully disolving.
