hotpoint wmd960 not spinning or pumping please help

hi and thank you for reading my help request
i have a hotpoint wmd 960 this is what is happening
i turn it on it lights up i select any program
the program starts to count down but nothing happens the moter doesnt kick in the pump doesnt start and it doesnt let any water in
the door is locked and will not unlock unless u pull the emergency lever under the kick board
i have changed the door lock
i have taken the pcb off and looked and it looks in fantastic condition no signs of anything wrong
if anyone can help me to sort this out i would be really really really thankful

Check that the motor plug is fitted and not loose. Otherwise the pcb is knacked.
