Hotpoint WML 540G Washing Machine / Not Washing Correctly

I am at my wits end with this machine, I could do with some help / advice. We bought this machine in July last year and we have had constant problems and 3 engineers later we still have the problems highlighted below

1. Clothes are left dry in places after a complete wash cycle
2. Detergent left on clothes after complete wash cycle
3. Black Mould on the inside rubber door gasket

The engineers 2 x hotpoint state that the machine works correctly and my wife overloads the machine, This is not the case. An independent engineer stated that it is the Pressure Switch, But as it is factory preset cannot guarantee that this will solve the problem, So we are left with a machine that cleans some clothes some times, but will always leave some clothes with patches and sticky undissolved Detergent.
Can anyone help / advise please

How long did you have it before this problem, who solved it the first time?

We have had this problem since we bought the machine, We were told by the first Engineer that visited that because it is an ECO machine it uses a lot less water and we had to live with it, Since then we have tried all different ways of using the machine, Super Wash and Extra Rinse and low kg loads, But it still causes the same problems

when you run the machine without any clothes in, what is the water level?

What brand of detergent do you use and how much in each load?

Hi I have just measured the water depth in the Drum at the Centre and it is 37mm

We are using Ariel Actilift Tabs at the moment we have used Ariel Liquid and Powder, My wife has always bought Ariel
