Get the alarm off the shower circuit springs to mind.
When was the battery last changed?
But it does sound like its connected to the wrong circuit or it is being "spiked".
If you are checking isolate mains and test before opening any panels/CU`s.
Yes it could be on the same MCB as the shower.
However a low battery and a mains spike could also be causing this.
Safest option is to check the battery date in the panel.
It will either be written on, or have a stamped code.
Get the code, the make of the battery and i`ll tell you how old it is.
Again mains is present, isolate and test before opening the panel.
Do you realise that the neighbours are saying "Robs in the shower again!" every time it goes off lol.
The simple answer is to have a bath instead.
Sounds like that battery will be ancient & in need of replacement. (As well as being changed to not be on the shower circuit).
What exactly do you mean by that?the only thing i can think off is a possible earth fault
Yes it will, though your alarm bell may have its own battery/capacitor so this may run on for a few minutes until it is drained.I will change the battery over for a new one on Saturday, to avoid it going off again in the morning if i was to disconnest the battery in now will this isolate the alarm ? cheers

However, several people has raised the issue that the alarm needs to be taken off the shower circuit and placed either on the ring final circuit or the lighting circuit. You keep avoiding this issue.
