how long will it take you to reskim a 3 bed house.
norm drying times
no making good ie bonding/hardwall just skimming over PVA
all lids walls and seting beads
empty house no skirts
lids over artex
using bondit on the lids
say
1 plasterer/1 lab??????????
2 plasterers/1 lab?????????
how many bags of muilti finish do you thik you get through

sounds about right mate i recently did a 4 bedroom house on my own no labourer in 10 days exactly the same scenario no bond just bead glue and skim everything ceilins artex again. the only difference was they left the skirting on and architrave bad times.
i used 60 bags of skim.
and as for the drying time by time i had fnished the top floor had dried and decoration started. but i dnt know how long it took for the downstairs to dry as i had finished got paid and moved on to the next one

is this that house you was on about? if the house is empty you might as well bond it or blue grit everything not just the ceilings then all the prep is done, all youve got to do then is go in and skim

you forgot the 10 bags of easyfill and 100 sheets of sand paper
