House build in Sumatra

I am a UK expat living in Sumatra,
I have bought a house off plan but the builder says i can change anything i want,
I have made rough plans and drawings on the sweet home 3D prgram.

Does anyone now of a free prgram that will give me proper plan and elevation drawings,?
Also is there any Architects that would be willing to look at these drawings for me , with a view to keeping the place cool??

Sketchup is a good program. Also, AutoCAD WS will work in a google chrome browser and will produce 2d plans.

For keeping temperatures down, then orientation and the position of windows is a big factor. External shading and ventilation routes also help, along with thermal mass (thick solid walls/floor)

But its not really anything that should be done in isolation, you need to have passive cooling designed so that all things work together
