Hi,
Ive had a new porch built. Im just compiling a snagging list for the builder.

I noticed theres a 2 inch gap into the roof void between the external wall and the fascia board.
I would have expected some insect mesh to be there, or to be no gap at all. (Im speaking as a non-builder! I dont know about these things, but I dont think there should be a gap at all?)
What do you think the best solution is to fill the gap? Can he retroactively fit insect mesh?
Also, theres a gap above the fascia board and slate. The felt is exposed and flapping about. How should that be finished? The felt cut straight and the gap siliconed?
Also, where the porch wall meets the existing property wall to the right, that gap shouldnt be there either right? Whats the best solution for him to finish that? Expanding foam and then render on it?
Thanks
