How can I find a replacement for this shower?

I am trying to find a replacement for my shower which will fit without needing to modify the pipework. It's an unusual kind where the input pipes come from below, parallel to the wall, rather than being inside the wall. Does anyone know where I might find a replacement, or what words I can use to search for a shower like this? Picture attached.
