How can I repair a UPVC Window cill?

I have light oak Upvc windows and cills, a falling tile has smashed a hole in a window cill. Its a big bay window and I don't really want to take it out.
Does anyone know how I could repair this? Could I buy another type of cill to go over the top? Any advice would be much appreciated.
