My son has broken the tail off his RC plane (before it even got out the box!!) It's polystyrene...can I use 'no nails' type adhesive on it or will it melt?? (Not strictly DIY but need advice quick!) Thanks

try on a scrap piece first. if it works put a couple of bits of wire in one piece so it reinforces the join

Like the wire tip Thanks....don't have any 'scrap' though since it's a toy...

No more nails will be too thick and heavy and won't give a very good bond. You need to get some polystyrene cement from your local craft/hobby/toy shop.

When you say polystyrene I presume it's not expanded polystyrene, 'cos if it is don't use ploystyrene cement !!
