got my foundations in and walls to finished floor level,, OK with building control,,,there used to be a conservatory there,, so it had a concrete slab which i have broken out so as to get the 450mm depth i need for 150mm stone, insulation and concrete,,under that there's what appears to be MOT which as small bits of broken concrete mixed in,,, it appears this is approx 400mm deep should this satisfy BC,,, and what are BC realy looking for when they come to check before i can lay the slab

Ground compacted.
DPM forming a continuous sealed barrier.
Insulation correct type and no gaps.
Depth of concrete to be poured correct.
Anything on your approved drawing has been included. Threshold detail, etc.

Other than that dunno.
