How do I calculate LED Driver/transformer requirements

The regs say that it must be suitable for the environment.
There are some locations where the IP rating is SPECIFIED by the regs, e.g. bathroom/swimming pool etc,

In my case, the transformer will be placed in the bottom half of a tall kitchen larder unit, situated underneath my new Boiler which has just been installed and which is also housed by the unit.
