in airing cupboard you have to install a plan ie y plan consisting of a three port valve. from your boiler you will have a flow pipe which goes in to airing cupboard into an air jec out in to your new pump then in to your motorised valve then out the valve you will have a pipe for hot water and one for your heating, the hot water will connect into the top connection of the coil on the hot water tank and the other will connect back into your heating circuit 22mm connect all returns together.

THANKS FOR QUICK REPLY. JUST ONE THING WHAT IS AN AIR JEC ?

without seeing the boiler location and pipework hard to say.personally id get an s plan kit.hate y plans.usuall way is to cap the 1" outlets the gravity hot water circuit is on.then use the remainder heating, flow and return as your s plan heating circuit coupled with the cylinder flow and return.then youve got to remember cylinder sat and all.
