How do I remove shower tray

Our house is like the house that jack build corners cut every where - I am now trying to remove the old shower tray but not getting very far pictures below (They are upside down not sure why)

It seems to be cemented to the floor!

Any ideas

Update - I've removed the trap and broken seal but struggling to get the unit away from the back wall?

Any ideas?
