After a loud pop and a trippped fuse last night, discovered that the ignition / spark thing on our gas hob is not working. Are these things fairly simple to fix or replace? Early investigation seems to show that the plastic cap on the switch is incredibly well fixed (but not watertight!) and doesn't just pull off. Any tips would be appreciated.
