How do I stick carpet tiles to timber floor?

A bit of a novice when it comes to anything carpet wise.

The unit I'm moving into has a nice mezzanine with a floor made out of timber boards (a bit like decking but smooth).

I have some nice new carpet floor tiles but wondered what the best thing would be to stick them down so they never come loose.

Saw these on flebay. Is that what I need?

Mine are not stuck down at all, and they dont move either

Put hardboards down first, no need to glue, how to lay carpet tiles here
