How do I unscrew the cabin heating fan of a Peugot 306?

Hi,

My cabin/windscreen heating fan in my peugot 306 XN 1.4 1996 just died on me. (Has been squeaking for a while).

So - as it is placed behind the glove apartment under the dashboard - how do I replace it? Do I have to dismantle the hole dashboard, or is it possible to replace the fan without?

Anyone?

This is for right-hand drive car!!! Remove the glovebox and the passenger-side facia trim. Disconnect the battery. The motor is held by three screws.

What do you mean by facia trim? (dictionary.com didn't work for me...)
