How do I use a twin draught excluder for windows?

I've got some draught excluder given to me - it's a twin one
I have looads of windows where there is a draught coming in

The fact that it's a twin is baffling me how to use!

Are you supposed to bend in the middle and stick and use both sides separately somehow?

Maybe cut down the middle and make 2 strips?

Or take off sticky back and lay down flat? In that case, why have a middle part where you can fold?

I've tried looking on Youtube - but haven't found any videos that help

Any help would be great
