how do put a pic from my album on to a post?

i go to img, and it asks me for a url

i tried to copy and paste, dosnt work

If you have pictures in your album you wish to show.
Go to the Show My Images icon/heading thingy? below the text box to the left (this will only show when making a post). Click on that.
Your album menu should then appear, select image, picture etc..
And Roberts married to your Aunty!

haha no no j dnt worry some one was suggesting you wa someone else called church from anouther website (not that that bothers me) and i was trying to work out who said person was and how they might know you.
