How do you stop tree stumps re-sprouting?

Hi,

I cut down a large tree a few months ago and the stump keeps re-sprouting. I just can't seem to kill the bl**dy thing.

Do you have to paint it with something? If so could someone please tell me what?

I drilled mine with a large drill & filled the holes with weed killer, cant remember the name it was a brush wood killer.

Excuse my ingrononse..... But what is SBK and where to you get it??

It's a grass-safe weed-killer and brushwood killer.

You get it at shops that sell weedkillers.
