How high should be door frame stud work be?

Building stud wall. Trying to work out how high the top timber should be for the door frame.
WIll have standard door. Is 2m enough? Probably going to install these

Door plus gap at bottom and door frame thickness at the top, perhaps 35mm, I'd make it 2040mm.

People tend to put them at the same height as all the others

As you are doing liner and stud, you could fit liner first then put stud tight on top....
