How I fixed my Zanussi Oven Grill when it fell down

Hi chaps,

My built in Zanussi (The model is ZDF490x I think) Oven's top oven grill fell down when the screw threads had rusted away in the holes holding the retaining screws

The grill hinges on the back of the top oven. I cleaned out the holes as best I could and got some metal wall plugs and screws from a DIY shop.
As you do up the screw, the wall plug butterflys out inside the top metal cover to create a secure fixture across the original rusted locations.
x2 one each side did the job.
