Hello,

Our of interest, how long would you normally expect it to take for a combi boiler to heat radiators from stone cold up to max temperature (say, up to 70)? I've just had a new boiler installed and it seems to take longer than I was expecting, but I could well be expecting too much!

FYI - I have a Worcester 25 and live in a 2 bed house.

Thanks

It all depends on what the boiler max power has been set to.

It would usually be about 20-30 minutes for typical installations and settings.

But the longer it takes means that it is running more efficiently so that's actually an advantage. Although it may mean turning the heating on a little earlier.
