How much can I hang from aquapanel without a noggin?

Hi,

I'm in the process of putting up some Auapanels in our bathroom and would like to know how much weight can be hung from anaquapanel without a noggin i.e. bathroom 450 x 700 mm wall cabinet.

Depends on the weight of the cabinet, how much you put in it and how many fixings you use, for the little extra effort a noggin will make life a lot easier.
