How much energy down a 32mm pipe?

How many BTU or KW's of heated water can be realistically pumped down a 32mm pipe using a conventional heating circulator?

Not much, 32mm is a cold mains pipe size. Perhaps you mean 35mm in which case lots. I've used it for 40kW and 42mm if much over that. You'll need a bigger circulator though.

38kw. Will be just outside the limits of a domestic circulator though.



That's a big 45 kw oil boiler I installed on a 20m run off 32ID uponor a few years back.
Big circulator though!
