How much post cement do I need.

..for 4 scaffold poles. Need to put 4 scaffold poles in my allotment to string across to put beans up. How many posts does a 20kg bag do - 1 or 2?

For what you need , half a bag per pole will be plenty.

How deep are you planning to bury the poles?

Normally 1/3 of the length of pole.

If you are stringing between them, there will be a sustained force tending to lean the tops together.

A diagonal brace will withstand it better than a lump of concrete.

Easy, dig down 2" 6". Do that or they will fall down.

These are what I removed from one patch. Moving them to another. I will be bracing between them. How much cement do you think is on them already (I’m breaking that off).
