How much to budget for London loft conversion?

I live in a one bed one bath conversion flat. The building dates from around 1910.

We'd like to knock through the 5 sq ft kitchen into the 16 sq ft living room to make an eat in kitchen. The 14 sq ft bedroom would become the living room.

We'd then want two bedrooms, bathroom (not shower room) and storage in the loft. Also under stair storage and velux windows.
