How much to charge for gardening?

I do maintenance work on some flats but did a one off gardening- mowing etc. It took me 3.5 hrs. Long way to drive. It takes normal gardeners 1 hr (there are 2 of them). How much should I charge? I may get the job so this will set a precedent. Or should just ask the management company how much they get?

They also sent me two cheques for June. They owe the cheque for July but they have paid me twice for June. Shall I email them and tell them all this?
