Plastering - What should this cost ?
(I will supply all materials and pva the wall ready)
To board and skim a chimney breast on bare brick.
One alcove to stud wall boarded and skimmed.
Other alcove to be skimmed.
15x8 foot wall to be skimmed.
12x8 foot bare brick wall to be plastered and skimmed .
To lay a sharp sand/self level compound to area of 3 square metres.
In north wales region

Approx £120 to £150 per day for a tradesman so £450 maybe.

You have a lot of work there tbh board and skim fire place and one other wall plus float and set another plus skimming other walls and laying a screed and self leveling you will be getting that cheap if you can get it for £450 but be prepared to be quoted a lot more

Just a ballpark figure, but as steve said it is quite a lot of work and if he brings a labourer it will be more.

Up here spreads are taking £150 a shift it may be more or less in Wales.

I would of expected that whole lot could be boarded and prep and the screed done on day 1 and skimmed on day 2. Of course it depends on how hardworking your trades are. As others have said adding a mixer would add another 70 or so a day to the labour costs per day, but would mean that your spead was spreading and not mixing.
