Is there any rules that say l can't ask for advice on costs?
Max 2 days work for a team of two experienced fencers, assuming no ground issues. Price will be higher in London, could be anything from 2.5 to 3.5k including materials, but it might be higher, and at the end of tne day supply and demand will determine the quote as well as quality of materials, theres a difference in quality between panels from merchants and those from the sheds.
To be specific, it's a DIY not website, meaning it's for people who don't DIY.
