How old is the Glow worm hideaway boiler

just got first house. trying to figure out weather or not to get a new boiler put in. On the survey they said 'boiler looks very old and is likely to be nearing the end of its useful life'
But we're not sure how old it actually is or how long it is likely to last for. Does anybody else know please?

Any time in the next 10 years

Start a new boiler fund, and as soon as you have enough set side change it.
