I thought it was solvent welded myself to be honest but I gave it a twist and seen it moving and the rest is history. All sorted by a £1.58 40mm plug from Screwfix! (https://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-push-fit-socket-plug-white-40mm/34151)I wasn't sure if it was pushfit but I did see that socket in the floor and thought if it was, you could plug it flush to the floor![]()
No matter what I tried I was getting a weep from compression fittings on the underfloor water pipe. I changed them to the extent that I was going to have to feed a new length of Hep through the conduit then the obvious hit me in the face - just bypass it and run a length of pipe under the cupboard and take the opportunity to add a shut off valve as there was none.
