HOW TO CLEAN PORCELAIN TILES

HI All

Thanks for reading this port. Have had 20mm of the porcelain tiles installed in the patio area and the builder left without cleaning the surface of them. This has left a reside of cement/mortar etc. which is proving very difficult to shift.

in short, can anyone recommend a suitable cleaner and/or procedure for removing such stubborn marks please?

Tough one.
A combination of brass brush and a few hours on your knees should give you a good start.
Surely for the final clean up there's a product that works.
Have you tried google?
Or the paving manufacturer?

I haven't used the above though.

Why are you expected to deal with this given that you paid someone else?

As per @johnny2007 's post. Check with the tile manufacturer first. The retailer might just give you generic advice though.
