How to connect female flexible tap hose to polyplumb

Hello. I've a tap from B&Q which has a flexible hose with a female 3/4" or 19mm (I think) end. I'm using the polyplumb push-fit system so the plastic pipes are 15mm. I've attached polyplumb 19mm appliance valve onto the pipes. They don't fit. Yeah, I should have checked first, ah well :(

Is there an easy way to connect the appliance valve onto the flexihose? If not I'm happy to cut off the polyplumb appliance valves and start again. Open to suggestions! If I have to, I am able to use a polyplumb straight coupler to convert the plastic pipe to copper.
