How to connect female flexible tap hose to polyplumb

Hello. I've a tap from B&Q which has a flexible hose with a female 3/4" or 19mm (I think) end. I'm using the polyplumb push-fit system so the plastic pipes are 15mm. I've attached polyplumb 19mm appliance valve onto the pipes. They don't fit. Yeah, I should have checked first, ah well

Is there an easy way to connect the appliance valve onto the flexihose? If not I'm happy to cut off the polyplumb appliance valves and start again. Open to suggestions! If I have to, I am able to use a polyplumb straight coupler to convert the plastic pipe to copper.

The white taps are for dishwasher/washing machine 3/4 hoses.

Swap them out for 15mm service valves,with appropriate pipe insert and 15mm tap tails (assuming your flexi tap pipes are 15mm-looks like it is)
