how to fit, Pan Connector Low Level

hi, I would like to known, how to fit a Pan Connector Low Level.

Can you fit it, without moving the toilet?
Do you also need to use any Silicone Sealant, as you refit a new one?

No silicon reqd.

Make sure you use a quality connector or it will leak around where it fits WC (I bought a B&Q one once and could not get it to seal as the seal quality was poor). Marley Multiquik are good. Go to a plumber's merchants.
