I've bought an electric heater and I can't get my head around the connections for the pipework, the problem is it looks like a compression fitting but doesn't have a recess inside for the pipe. What do I need to fit pipework to the connections

What make/ model heater is it? What do the connections look like on the heater itself?

Nothing in the manual about how to plumb it in? I’m wondering if it’s the install kit all goes together?

Manual is pretty appalling to be honest, it's one of those badly translated Chinese ones. It doesn't even mention the two white plastic parts but seems logical they fit the connectors on the boiler to convert it to the standard fitment (1/2 inch as it fits the tap connector)

Still, I have found a fix, tap connectors seem to be a very good fit and due to the rubber washer should keep it watertight
