My bathroom (about 1.9m square) is being refitted and tiled to full height professionally. I'm using Johnson's Prismatics tiles (150mm square) because they make curved edge tiles and the window reveal and windowsill behind the washbasin will be tiled and I don't want to look at an edging strip. (The old tiles are 1932 six inch, off-white with curved edges, tiled in a brick arrangement and I am fond of them, but they are very damaged and need to go.)
I am wondering whether to do the whole room in the same colour (perhaps Harebell satin, or Thistledown) or whether I could get an attractive effect by using more than one colour, perhaps changing at half height. I am totally unartistic and wondered where I could get appropriate advice and information to help me make it look good. Please, does anyone have any ideas?

PS:
I've already trawled the internet for any design ideas and tried a search of Amazon, but neither has been a lot of use.
Does anyone know of any good books or websites, please?
Thanks!
