Afternoon - about a week ago our neighbour in the flat below complained of extensive water damage to her roof. We are trying to investigate but we've hit a snag. Underneath all our material insulation there is a system of tiles made of some kind of dense fibreboard and we can't work out how to get them up. The boards just seem to be 'jammed' in, but they're very solidly fixed somehow.

Anyone recognise this system of flooring and able to give an educated guess as to how we'd get them up? I smell large bills... and I'm getting quite faint.

its weyrock flooring it as a tongue and groove on all 4 edges you need a circular saw set the blade depth to 20 mm and cut all 4 edges dont go any deeper because of cables and pipes :)
