the brackets of one of the radiators, see pic, came out of the stud wall. it was fixed to the plasterboard. Any idea how to fix it back. the other side of the wall is another plasterboard. this is 4 inch stud wall in-between two rooms

Find where the studs are located - you can find them by sound, tapping the plasterboard then confirming with a small screwdriver poked through.
Get a piece of 20mm ply made, slightly smaller than the radiator, fix that to the studs, then the radiator to the ply.

You might find 15mm MDF easier to redecorate than ply and, providing you get decent stuff, will hold the bracket screws better than ply
That's a repair that's failed, the person before didn't repair the wall properly and the top fixings have failed a 2nd time. The other question is why it failed, radiators don't pull themselves off a wall, even a plasterboard one.
The batons would normally be 400mm centres to allow full sheets to be fitted. You want to cut a horizontal slot along the line of where the current holes are top and bottom, then fit a 12mm thick wooden baton say 100mm wide horizontally across the batons, filling the slot of plasterboard that was cut out.
Once filled & decorated over then the brackets can be screwed into that.

You could manage something similar, with a lath of wood, a bit of string and a thin metal plate for the outer surface.
I still would not trust a heavy radiator supported by plasterboard though.

the rectangle strips that are left from the brackets ..... cut them out neatly with a stanley knife.
next get 2 15mm softwood strips 3” wider than the cut outs and long enough to fill the gap and reach the floor behind the wall. fit your strips in behind the wall and screw them in from the front.
fill the front out with new plasterboard strips and fill the gaps. now you can fit the brackets.
