How to hide the wire to my new tv

I'm about to get a wall mounted tv, and on the adverts they look like mirrors, without any wires. But the back of my current telly looks like a pile of spaghetti.

How do i get the wires in and out of the wall so they look tidy, and what if i need to add, say another scart lead?

adverts are done so you only see the nice things, then buy the product.

Hmm false wall is a no, cause it's a flat 22ft wall. Trunking sounds favourite, but how to make it look seamless?

I suppose i could put power sockets behind the telly, and use wire-free for everthing else?
